Located on the ground floor of the villa, the apartment is made up of a large lounge with an American kitchen and convertible sofa bed (160×200 in size), a parents’ bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed (160×200), a second bedroom with air conditioning and two single beds (90×200), a bathroom (2 sinks, bathtub and shower) and separate toilets. It gives onto a large terrace sheltered by an olive tree and bordered by citrus trees.
